Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy extends Section 5 of the Terms of Service and sets out what you may not do with FoundeReview.

2. Prohibited content

You may not publish content that:

• is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful, or that violates the rights or privacy of others;
• infringes intellectual-property rights, or reproduces or distributes material you do not own or have a license to use;
• is sexual, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
• harasses or threatens others, or promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred.

3. Review integrity

The journal runs on signed, honest reviews. You may not:

• publish anonymously, under a false identity, or while posing as someone else;
• pay for, sell, or accept anything of value in exchange for a review — reviews are never for sale;
• create fake products or accounts, or coordinate with others to manipulate rankings or reactions;
• offer, request, or accept compensation for any action on X. We never compensate X actions either.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or circumvent usage limits or security controls;
• distribute malware, or send spam, mass unsolicited outreach, or fraudulent communications;
• scrape or harvest personal data without a lawful basis, or build datasets in violation of others' rights.

5. Enforcement

Published contributions stay published — that is the design. Where the law requires it, or where content violates this Policy, we may remove content; we may also suspend or terminate writing access, with or without notice where the risk warrants it.
