1. Respect for intellectual property

FoundeReview respects intellectual-property rights and expects authors to do the same. Reviews carry screenshots of the products under review as evidence of what the author tried. We respond to valid copyright notices.

2. Filing a takedown notice

A takedown notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work; the location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Designated agent

Send notices to our designated agent at [email protected], Beijing Zhisuan Cube Technology Co., Ltd. (registered in China as Beijing Zhisuanlifang Keji Youxian Gongsi).

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the corresponding information described above. We may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. Ownership of contributions

Authors retain ownership of what they write, as described in the Terms. This Policy does not assign FoundeReview ownership of author content.
