1. Who we are
FoundeReview ("the Service") is operated by Beijing Zhisuan Cube Technology Co., Ltd. (registered in China as Beijing Zhisuanlifang Keji Youxian Gongsi). These Terms govern your access to and use of foundereview.com.
2. The Service
FoundeReview is a review journal written by founders. Every review is signed by a verified founder and carries their own product. Any product on the internet can be reviewed. Only people currently building can write; readers can react, not write.
3. Your account
You sign in with X or GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. To publish, you must claim at least one active product that you are building.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of what you write. You grant us the licenses needed to operate the Service: storing, processing, rendering, and publishing your contributions.
Publication is the point. A contribution is public when you submit it, and it cannot be deleted or hidden afterwards. Deleting your account pseudonymizes your byline — your published contributions remain in the archive, detached from your name and handle. If you disconnect X, the data we sourced from X is removed within 24 hours.
Products being reviewed always keep the right of reply.

5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to write anonymously or under a false identity; or to probe, disrupt, or overload the Service. Our Acceptable Use Policy specifies further restrictions.
6. Paid items and billing
Paid items — when they go on sale — are listed on the Pricing page and sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. The merchant of record is the reseller for the transaction and handles payment processing, invoices, taxes, refunds, and billing support.
One paid item, the white-labeled wall, is a subscription that renews monthly until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Advertising
Advertising on the Service is always framed, labeled "Advertisement", and linked with
rel=sponsored. Reviews are not advertising and are never for sale: nobody
can pay for a review, and no reviewer is paid for one. Nothing on the Service
compensates, rewards, or pays for any action on X — sharing is purely voluntary.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Reviews are the opinions of their authors, written about products the authors actually tried. They are not professional advice, and the Service does not endorse any reviewed product.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.
